1. Agreement
These Terms are an agreement between MIA for Stores (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and the person or organization using MIA for Stores, including the shopper-facing MIA assistant. By installing or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
2. The service
MIA for Stores can provide conversational product discovery, product matching, complete outfits, store-information answers, order lookup, visual analysis, and generated product visualizations. Features depend on merchant configuration, catalog data, provider availability, and Shopify permissions.
3. Merchant responsibilities
- Maintain an eligible Shopify account and protect account access.
- Keep product, availability, policy, and contact information accurate.
- Provide required shopper notices and consents.
- Comply with Shopify’s terms and applicable consumer, privacy, advertising, and accessibility laws.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to violate law or third-party rights, process content without permission, generate abusive or illegal material, disrupt or probe the service, bypass security or rate limits, or place unreasonable automated load on it.
5. Content and AI outputs
You retain ownership of content you provide and authorize us and our providers to process it as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service. The Company retains rights in the software, design, documentation, and branding.
AI output is probabilistic and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Visualizations are illustrative and may not represent real fit, color, texture, dimensions, or appearance. Verify important product, policy, and order information.
6. Pricing and cancellation
MIA for Stores offers one recurring plan at $99 per month or $999 per year, with no trial or usage-based charge. Shopify presents and processes the applicable subscription. Recurring charges continue until cancellation under the terms Shopify displays. Fees are non-refundable except where law requires otherwise.
7. Privacy and availability
Our Privacy Policy explains our information practices. The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
8. Liability and termination
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MIA for Stores and its suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or opportunity. Total liability will not exceed the amount paid for MIA for Stores during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim, where lawful.
You may uninstall through Shopify. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, nonpayment, legal requirement, or security risk.
9. Governing law and contact
Governing law and dispute venue must be added before publication. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
